Each round will be Best of 3, 50 minutes long.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"text text-sub\"\u003eEach player will receive \u003cstrong\u003e6 Booster Packs\u003c\/strong\u003e of OP-16 to build their 40 card deck, using any leader or the Rainbow Luffy provided, and without regular deck restrictons like colour or number of copies of a card!
