Flesh and Blood’s iconic original Runeblade Viserai finally returns from traversing i’Arathael, now imbued with the power of Shadow! As the champion of the Old Ones, he uses his otherworldly abilities to usurp all who stand in his path of conquest. He is joined by Malice, a Necromancer who commands an army of zombies, corrupting them beyond death to serve her sinister desires. Fan favorite Brute Levia is back, driven by the insatiable hunger of the demon Blasmophet within her.
With the gate to i’Arathael open, gameplay is unbound. Embrace the Shadow and access forbidden power by playing cards from your banished zone. Usurp power by seizing your opponent’s Runechants by force! With such power at your disposal, the fate of Rathe is within your grasp.

The Gate to i'Arathael opens at 11:00AM, with deck construction starting at 11:30AM, followed by a Swiss-paired tournament, with rounds proportional to the number of players in attendance, with each round being 35 minutes Best of 1.
Attending players will all receive 1 Pre-Release Kit which contains 8 packs of Usurp the Shadow Throne and a 11 Card Promo Pack to build their 30 card deck with.
Everyone in attendance will receive 1 extra booster pack at the end of the event, with the winner receiving 2!
Please note that Excelsior! does not process refunds for tickets cancelled within 7 days of the listed event start date. Players who have purchased tickets are expected to make a good faith effort to complete the event - players not in attendance will not receive products associated with the event.
