Magic: The Gathering - Secrets of Strixhaven Prerelease Event 17/04/26 - 19/04/26
Return to Strixhaven, Magic's beloved mage school, and uncover years of mysteries as you explore its hallowed halls and beyond.
These events will be Swiss style sealed events using the randomly allocated pre-release kits received upon entry. Players are more than welcome to trade kits amongst themselves during deckbuilding, but specific kits cannot be requested from tournament organisers. Each kit contains:- 5 Secrets of Strixhaven play boosters
- 1 Seeded Secrets of Strixhaven booster
- 1 traditional foil rare or mythic rare
- 1 deck box
- 1 spindown life counter
Players will also recieve one play booster for each game they win!
Events are expected to run for 4/5 rounds, lasting up to 50 minutes each. Finish times are subject to player turnout, round lengths and breaks taken between rounds.
Friday the 17th
Deck building will begin at 18:30, players are welcome to turn up early for casual games before the event begins!
Saturday the 18th
Doors open for registration at 10:00, with deck building starting at 10:30.
Sunday the 19th
Doors open for registration at 11:00, with deck building starting at 11:30.
Players attending any of our scheduled Magic events will be able to grab a 10% discount in store when purchasing tickets for multiple days between now and prerelease!
Please note that Excelsior! does not process refunds for tickets cancelled within 7 days of the listed event start date. Players who have purchased tickets are expected to make a good faith effort to complete the event - players not in attendance will not receive products associated with the event.
