Magic: The Gathering - Avatar: The Last Airbender Pre-Release 14th-16th November
Bend the battlefield with Magic cards from Avatar: The Last Airbender! Master the elements and join your favorite characters for new adventures, iconic art, an elemental showdown like never before.
These events will be Swiss style sealed events using the randomly allocated pre-release kits received upon entry. Players are welcome to swap kits amongst themselves after they have been handed out, but specific kits may not be requested from the event runners. Each kit contains:- 5 Avatar: The Last Airbender play boosters
- 1 13-card character-aligned booster
- 1 foil, year-stamped rare or mythic rare
- 2 double-faced tokens
- 1 deck box
- 1 spindown die
Players will also recieve one play booster for each game they win!
Events are expected to run for 4/5 rounds, lasting up to 50 minutes each. Finish times are subject to player turnout, round lengths and breaks taken between rounds.
Friday the 14th
Deck building will begin at 18:30, players are welcome to turn up early for casual games before the event begins!
Saturday the 15th
Doors open for registration at 10:00, with deck building starting at 10:30.
Sunday the 16th
Doors open for registration at 11:00, with deck building starting at 11:30.
Players attending any of our scheduled Magic events will be able to grab a 10% discount when purchasing tickets for multiple days in store between now and prerelease!
Please note that Excelsior! does not process refunds for tickets cancelled within 7 days of the listed event start date. Players who have purchased tickets are expected to make a good faith effort to complete the event - players not in attendance will not receive products associated with the event.
